More Messy = More Fun!

This is Ben's brand new play room in our brand new house. I love how everything looks so nice and organized. There is a spot for everything and it looks just how I had imagined!.....

Now, throw a 14 month old into the picture and you get this...! He loves this room - but he loves it more when it is messy.

He will spend the first few minutes tearing all of his books down off of the shelves and messing up his toys, and then he will settle down with one toy and play for a while, but not until things are everywhere - he must get this from his dad! ;)

My Little Man Loves Raisins!


What more can I say about him....he LOVES raisins! Every morning after he eats his oatmeal and yogurt, I ask him if he wants some raisins and every morning, he squeals in delight as if it is the first time he has ever seen them. They never get old and he is always so happy to see them fall on his tray - what a cutie! It still amazes me at the "little things" that he finds so fascinating. It is a great start to both of our days!

Rewind

I was looking at our family photos the other day and decided I should put some up here. We had these done in October 2008 and I really did not get a chance to share them with everyone. I love them all, but these are a few of my favorites. Once we have settled in our house and things are a bit less hectic, I am going to get a babysitter for a whole day for Ben and I am going to sit and finish his "First Year" scrapbook and finally use some of these photos! We'll see when that happens...

Here We Go

This is my first post on my first blog... we will see how it goes. My girlfriend convinced me to start a blog because she did recently. I have followed a few other blogs and always thought it would be nice to have one of my own so I could share photos and stories with family and friends. I am not very good with computers, so... Here We Go!
